As soon as you walk into the waiting room you can tell it's a professionally ran establishment. Everybody there is courteous and helpful. It's the only place I trust leaving my vehicle at to have work done.

I feel safe going here. I am a female consumer. The can be hazards in taking your vehicle in for repairs. I have had many shops try and price gouge me or use my lack of knowledge against me. I have used this garage multiple times, and I have never felt talked down to or price gouged. They have explained everything they are doing in a way I can understand. - Mary T. I took my car to the Mitsubishi dealer for a transmission issue. They quoted me $8000 for a replacement. I made many calls including some transmission specialists. They all guessed around the same amount. I had made arrangements with Dick at Gordon's to get a used CVT tranny (hard to find). I took it to him expecting to pay $3500-$4000 for the used unit. He called me after tearing it down and felt it was the clogged filter with some minor shavings. He clean this and replaced the fluid and it only cost $450 vs $8K!! It runs great!!

This was my first visit there but I was so impressed by his professionalism and care about my satisfaction. Not to mention saving me thousands! I highly recommend him if you are looking for a good trusted mechanic. I'll be back for sure! - Mark M.

I have been taking my cars/SUVs to Gordon's Auto Service for approximately 30 years. I have always been completely satisfied with the service I have received. The owner, Dick Gordon, and his mechanics are honest people. I have had problems with service people from dealer garages before where I felt I was being told that something needed repaired that really didn't. I have had some bad experiences with auto repair service, especially at large garages that seem to look at me as an inconvenience, not a customer. Gordon's made me feel right at home. They have worked hard to solve my repair problems, even when the dealer couldn't seem to figure it out.
