Gordon’s Auto Service fit me, a new client, into their busy schedule to investigate a noise my car was making that was causing me anxiety . They identified the problem right away and corrected it . My car most certainly would have suffered irreparable damage if they did not fit me in their schedule and I continued to drive it as it was. I recently took a show truck of mine with abnormally large wheels and tires (40x15.50/24) to Gordon’s Auto. I looked for a week with no luck, to find a shop that was able to handle such a specific job. I immediately knew I was in the right place!! From the presentation of the employees, the building and the quality of tools and equipment. Dick and his son greeted me with smiles and a great attitude and their work completed my experience with those same smiles. The set of wheels I brought was a high dollar custom set, with a value of $5,000 and they were handled with white gloves and remained perfect. I cannot say enough about my satisfaction and time spent there. Also, the decor and comfort of their waiting room was very cool! I was offered a drink immediately and was checked in on a few times after that. I will be using Gordon’s no matter what from now on, so much that I’ll gladly drive the 60-70 minutes it takes me to get there from my home (Murrysville). I highly recommend this shop! - Chris R. I feel safe going here. I am a female consumer. The can be hazards in taking your vehicle in for repairs. I have had many shops try and price gouge me or use my lack of knowledge against me. I have used this garage multiple times, and I have never felt talked down to or price gouged. They have explained everything they are doing in a way I can understand. - Mary T. I took my car to the Mitsubishi dealer for a transmission issue. They quoted me $8000 for a replacement. I made many calls including some transmission specialists. They all guessed around the same amount. I had made arrangements with Dick at Gordon's to get a used CVT tranny (hard to find). I took it to him expecting to pay $3500-$4000 for the used unit. He called me after tearing it down and felt it was the clogged filter with some minor shavings. He clean this and replaced the fluid and it only cost $450 vs $8K!! It runs great!!

This was my first visit there but I was so impressed by his professionalism and care about my satisfaction. Not to mention saving me thousands! I highly recommend him if you are looking for a good trusted mechanic. I'll be back for sure! - Mark M.

I have been taking my vehicles there for over 20 years. Always get good service an believe me when I say they can fix anything. I not only own cars and trucks but backhoes, skid loaders, trailers etc. Anything I throw the guys they can fix and at a fair price. I recommend them to everyone -PJ R
